51.3 millimeters. Certainly an original, this piece lacks the word CUIVRE or BRONZE on the edge as we would expect to see for a restrike. Both sides exhibit rich copper-brown patina with flashes of reddish-copper tinting evident at direct light angles. The devices are executed in very high relief, particularly the obverse portraits, but it is the reverse wreaths that have acquired the only mentionable rub. A couple of wispy contact marks and a small, shallow brusie at the lower-reverse rim are mentioned solely for accuracy's sake. Really a nice example of a rare and seldom-offered type.
