Description: Warmly patinated in an even autumn-orange hue, this piece retains much of the original Mint color on both the obverse and the reverse. A few trivial toning spots hardly detract at the assigned grade level, and a needle-sharp strike further enhances the coin's appeal. A key-date issue in business strike format, the 1877 Indian Cent also enjoys strong demand as a proof.
