Obv: armored bust of Washington right with WEBB on truncation, inscriptions around. Rev: Native American standing left within circle surrounded by inscription THE LAND WAS OURS, three concentric circles of additional inscriptions form the border for the central device.
A superbly executed satirical medal, the present example offers bold devices and overall smooth, generally reddish-copper surfaces. Light hairlines in the obverse field and scattered pitting explains the MS-60 numerical grade from NGC, the latter features most readily evident on the reverse around and above the Native American. Housed in an oversize NGC holder.
