Obv: Woodrow Wilson bust left, name to left and right. Rev: eagle on ornate tablet dated 1914. Mint and assay inscription around. One of 25 struck. Dies by Charles Barber and George Morgan, with Morgan's name in tiny letters on the lower right reverse. The eagle is similar to that seen on earlier patterns, and behind the tablet is a flurry of oak leaves and acorns as background. Balance scale depicted on the lower area as well, with the balanced weights perfectly aligned. There is a minor obverse nick at 7:00 and 1:00 o'clock. Handsome silver-gray to russet toning on both sides.
