Stunning Burma Prowling Tiger One Thousand Rupees

Description: (5.7.1) A fantastic rarity which is the first we have handled for the catalog number. Shown in an impressively large format the note offers great design features throughout. Strong color and detail remain with only a few minor mounting remnants and minor rust reported. Face design seen with large window with bust of KGVI at center. Multi-color under-printing observed with micro-printing within. Verso design seen with circular vignette at center of a prowling tiger with large denomination clarification at left. The serial number of AO 004856 is a scant 10 note away from the piece used to plate the Jhunjhunwalla reference. A tremendous opportunity and the finer of a scant two graded by PMG.

PMG Very Fine 25 Net. Previously Mounted, Rust.
