Design details strong enough to warrant the EF grade, but with an unnatural array of varied rose, gold, crimson, and blue artfully applied by someone other than Mother Nature. No serious marks assail the unaided eye though we note numerous tiny ticks and faint scratches under low magnification. Perhaps not as bad-off to some as the PCGS-certified grade implies, and certainly a suitable high-grade filler of this ever-popular two-year type issue. A coin that deserves an in-person examination.
