and Accepted Forms of Payment for the Hong Kong Auction

Buyer's Fee (買方佣金)
• A 15% buyer's fee applies to all lots in this auction. There are no exceptions to this buyer's fee.
• 15% 買方佣金適用於本次拍賣會的全部拍賣品。 此買方佣金必須支付，無一例外。

Placing Bids (競投)
• All bids must be made in U.S. Dollars.
• 所有競投須以美元作價。

Bid Limits (最高競投價 )
• Bidders without pre-approval by Ponterio & Associates that plan to bid in excess of US$10,000 must contact Ponterio & Associates in advance. A 25% deposit will be required and must be paid in cash or "cash equivalent" at least 48 hours before the start of the auction ("cash equivalent" is defined to include cashier's check or money order, approved check, wire transfer or other immediate bank transfer).
• 投標人若未經 Ponterio & Associates 預先同意而計劃作出超過 10,000 美元的競投價，則須提前聯絡 Ponterio & Associates。 在拍賣會開始前至少 48 小時，須以現金或「現金等價物」方式支付 25% 保證金（現金等價物」的定義包括銀行本票、現金支票、獲批支票、電匯或其他即時銀行匯款）。

• Any unused deposit will be promptly returned to the bidder.

• All invoices will be made in U.S. dollars. If paying in HK dollars, Bowers and Merena will credit your invoice the amount we receive from our bank, after any fees or charges.
