High Grade Superb Gem 1918 $1 FRBN Featured in April CCO Auction

This month’s Stack’s Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction
features a high-grade Superb Gem New 68 PPQ 1918 $1 Federal Reserve Bank Note
from the Cleveland Federal Reserve district (lot
90105
). The note displays low serial number D532A in bold blue overprint
inks. The portrait of George Washington is prominently featured on the left end
of the note while the ever-popular “Green Eagle” vignette is shown on the back.
This is one of just three notes in the Track & Price census graded at this
level by PCGS Currency. The note carries a pre-auction estimate of $6,000-$8,000.

Bidding is now open for the April CCO auction. Live bidding
