One of the most popularly attended shows here in New England is the upcoming New Hampshire Coin & Currency Expo. This year it is scheduled for April 18-19 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 700 Elm St., Manchester, NH. Dealers and collectors come from all over the East Coast to buy, sell and trade items of numismatic interest including gold and silver bullion. The Stack’s Bowers Galleries’ Table #315 (just inside the front door) will be staffed by Stanley Chu and me along with additional experts from our Boston Gallery. We will be aggressively buying and taking auction consignments for our full schedule of sales.
In addition, the Colonial Coin Collectors Club (C4) Region 2 will be holding an open meeting on April 18 from 12 to 1 PM. Members, friends and all interested parties are invited to attend. The C4 organization is an extremely friendly bunch and always enthusiastic about sharing their vast expertise. I promise an interesting experience regardless of what you collect!
