Data Privacy Request

Stacks-Bowers Numismatics, LLC (“Stacks-Bowers”) and its affiliated Companies, takes data privacy seriously. Under the privacy laws of California, Virginia, Colorado, Utah, and Connecticut, you have the right to:

• Request the categories of personal information that we've collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, the purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing it, the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it, and also the specific pieces of personal information that we’ve collected about you.
  • Note: We do not sell personal datain exchange for money. However, we may share it for the purpose of cross-context behavior advertising, or process it for targeted advertising.

  • You can designate an authorized agent by mailing two forms of identification to the address below that include your first name, last name, current address, phone number, and signed authorization letter allowing the agent to request on your behalf.
