Extremely Fine 40 is quite a desirable grade for this very popular high denomination vertical format note. It is an attractive example displaying a bold blue primary design with facing dragons at top guarding the Pearl of Wisdom. Rough seas are seen below, with characters in the center. The three stamps at center are in red/orange ink. Out of five notes graded for the variety by PMG, this note sits at the top of the population report at the time of cataloging.
