PERSIA. Achaemenidae. Darios I to Xerxes II, ca. 485-420 B.C. AV Daric from the Sardes Mint. Carradice Type-IIIB; Sunrise-24. Obverse: Persian king or hero, wearing kidaris and kandys, and with quiver over shoulder, in kneeling-running stance right, holding spear and bow; Reverse: Incuse punch.

AEGINA. AR Stater, ca. 525-475 B.C. VG. Obverse: Sea turtle with thick collar; Reverse: Small incuse square with skew pattern. Type 1. Sear 1847; SNG Cop-501f.

THESSALY. Larissa. AR Drachm, ca. 420-400 B.C. Obverse: Hero, possibly Thessalos, advancing right in foreground, wrestling charging bull; Reverse: Horse leaping right within incuse square.
