On the obverse is the armored draped bust of King Charles III facing the right. On the reverse we see a radiant chalice and sacrament (Panis Christi) atop mountain with a three line inscription below. This same obverse die was used to strike the VERY RARE Nueva Cantabriae medal of Charles III Grove-K-19.
The example to the left was sold by Stack's Bowers Galleries in the January 2022 NYINC Auction, where it realized $4,440.
